General FAQ's for FP Edits
1. Can FilterPixel Edits be used on multiple systems?
YES! FP Edits can be used on multiple systems.
2. What image formats are FilterPixel edits compatible with?
We support all major RAW and JPEG formats, if you create smart previews for training we support all Lightroom supported formats
3. My personal profile is not accurate. How can I fix this?
You can upload more images to your personal profile which will help increase the accuracy. If you need any assistance or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
4. I have a ton of edits in my Lightroom catalog but many of the photos are in an archive HDD (no longer on the main computer). Is the training looking at what edits I have done, or does it need a raw/jpg file to match the catalog?
For Training, FP Edits needs a raw / jpeg or smart preview created for the file.
