If you no longer wish to continue your FilterPixel subscription, you can cancel it at any time. We believe in giving our users full control over their plans, and cancellation is designed to be simple and transparent.


To cancel your subscription, you’ll need to log in to your FilterPixel account using the email address associated with your subscription. Once logged in, navigate to your Account Dashboard. Inside the dashboard, you’ll find a section related to Billing or Subscription Settings, where your current plan details are displayed.

Click on Cancel Subscription


From there, you should see an option to Cancel Subscription. Clicking this will initiate the cancellation process. You may be asked to confirm your decision or provide brief feedback to help us improve our service. Once confirmed, your subscription will be marked for cancellation.


Your access to FilterPixel will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you won’t be charged again, and your account will move to a free or limited-access state (depending on your plan type).
