# Why it's taking too long to import on MacOS?

If you are a MacOS user, you might be installing the app incorrectly. 

### Installation Instructions for MacOS:
You have to drag the app in the Applications folder in your Mac which I guess you might have missed.

* Delete the app from your system.
* Go to [filterpixel.com/download.html](filterpixel.com/download.html) in case you want to re-download
* Follow the steps in my video attached to install it correctly.
